Terms & Conditions

• Please ensure you read all terms and conditions in full before completing registration.

• Upon completing your subscription after your trial session, any remaining classes prior to the first payment being collect will be charged at £5/session. There is also a joining fee of £25 which will cover your child's insurance costs for their time with us as well as their first Football Buzz strip. These fees will be added to your first payment with us under the name of a covering payment.

- Football Buzz or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

- Football Buzz reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at *relevant contact details*.

- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.

- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

- If there are any sessions missed sure to typical bad weather, *Your club* will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.

- If you are updating your terms and conditions at any stage, it may be worth keeping a copy of the old ones in the case you may need them in future - as certain parents may only have agreed to the old conditions.
